ABOUT
In March 2024 I qualified as a Pilates teacher with the prestigious studio Exhale London whose qualifications are recognised worldwide. My mission is to bring the positivity and power of Pilates to the TV & Film Industry for health and wellbeing.
Pilates is not only proven to be incredible for physical strength but importantly for mental health too.

By incorporating breath with the flow of Pilates it helps focus the mind, relieve stress, provides cognitive enhancement and strengthens the mind-body connection.
From my years working as a Casting Director, I know how to get the best out of talent from the biggest of names to newcomers. I also work closely with production teams and execs. I pride myself as being known as being incredibly discreet, professional, positive, kind and fun! My years of experience in Casting have made my teaching of Pilates organic. My skills mean they are a natural fit together and complement each other enormously.
Since qualifying I have been teaching some of the UK's top talent agencies, Hamilton Hodell. The Artists' Partnership, Independent Talent and from December will be working with the production team and crew of MasterChef (SHINE/Banijay) amongst others.
